That’s right, the Flat Plus has been tailor made to work with any and all 510 threaded cartridges and has the power to back it up. The Flat Plus runs off a potent 900mAh battery, has 3 fiery heat settings (2.6, 3.2, 3.8v), and is easily recharged with a USB-C port.
To top it all off, add in some typical Wulf quality life features like single button operation, a 15 second safety cut off, and a 10 second preheat functionality to fully understand how great the Flat Plus is. Loading A Cartridge Into the Flat Plus
To get your claws into the Flat Plus and begin your vaporizing journey all you have to do is first load a 510 threaded cartridge into the connection port on top of the device.
Slowly twist your cartridge clockwise until it feels snug and the piece is now flush against the top of the Flat Plus.
Using the Flat Plus
Turn your Flat Plus on by simply pressing the power button 5 times in a row. When you successfully do this your device will flash a white light 5 times to let you know you are all ready to vape!
Now simply bring the cartridge to your mouth, hold down the power button, and enjoy a silky smooth cloud courtesy of your Flat Plus!
Adjusting Your Temperature
To allow for a variety of different vaping experiences, we have equipped the Flat Plus with 3 dedicated voltage settings (2.6v - White, 3.2v - Green, 3.8v - Red).
In order to swap between them, press the power button 3 times in a row and watch as the LED light flashes three times in its new color to let you know the setting has been swapped.
Pre-Heating The Flat Plus
The Flat Plus also comes with a expertly tuned 10 second pre heat function, where your cartridge is slowly heated to prepare for one mega sized cloud.
To activate the preheat, press the power button 2 times quickly. This will cause your LED to glow a solid white color as the 10s of preheating commences.
Once the light shuts off, you are ready to take a hit like normal but now with the added boost of the 10s preheat. Trust us when we say this dials the Flat Plus’s potency all the way up to 11.
How to Charge the Flat Plus
For proper charging, make use of the included USB-C on the Flat Plus. While charging, your LED will glow red until the battery is full, at that point it will then shut off.
The first time you charge your Flat Plus, leave it connected for 2 full hours. Every time after that only ever charge your device for a maximum of 1 hour.
This is the proper amount of time to leave your Flat Plus plugged in and anything over 1 hour can wear down the lifespan or even ruin the battery.
Troubleshooting the Flat Plus
For your protection, the Flat Plus is equipped with several warning lights to help you with any trouble shooting you may encounter.
When your battery is out, the Flat Plus will flash a red light 10 times in a row, this is the low battery warning reminding you to charge your device.
Should you notice 5 flashing red lights, you have encountered a short circuit warning and should immediately stop using your Flat Plus until it goes away.
If your cartridge is improperly connected, you will encounter 5 flashes of red light to let you know that the short circuit warning has been triggered. This indicates the cartridge is not attached properly or even potentially needs to be replaced.
How to Clean Your Flat Plus
In order to clean your Flat Plus make sure that it is both turned off and has its cartridge removed from the top before you do anything.
Next simply wipe down the body of the Flat Plus with a sanitary cloth or wipe. After that, get a q-tip or cloth and dip it with isopropyl alcohol before gently scrubbing the 510 threaded connection clean. Be sure to leave enough time for all the liquids to dry before using again.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
